Wie kann ich ein Video zur Analyse hochladen?
Nach Kauf einer Videoanalyse erhältst Du im Menüpunt "Videoanalyse" Zugang zur Funktion "Video hochladen". Hier kannst Du Dein Video ins Portal hochladen. Deine hochgeladen Videos kannst Du dort unter „Meine Videos“ verwalten.
Wann kann ich mit dem Ergebnis der Videoanalyse rechnen?
Je nach Auslastung unserer Coaches kann die Auswertung etwas Zeit in Anspruch nehemen. Daher können wir leider keine genaue Dauer angeben.
Wie erfolgt die Auswertung meines Videos?
Dein gewählter Coach wird Dir eine Auswertung deines Videos per Mail zukommen lassen.

How do I register?
Click on "Register" in the upper right corner. Enter the required data to create a customer account. After registration you will receive a confirmation email.
How do I login?
After successful registration, click on "Login" in the upper right-hand corner and enter your e-mail address and password.
How do I access my account?
Once you have logged in, your name will appear at the top right-hand corner. Click on it to get to your customer account.
How can I change my password and my data?
Open your account. There you can change your data and your password.
I have forgotten my password. What now?
Click on "Login" in the upper right corner and select "Forgot password". Enter your e-mail address and we will send you your new password. Afterwards you can change this password in your customer account.
I have not received a confirmation email. What now?
Contact us with your request via info@timoboll-webcoach.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Which payment methods are offered?
As payment options the service providers PayPal and Sofortüberweisung are available to you. You also have the option to pay by credit card.
Video packages
Where can I find my purchased video packages with the unlocked videos?
All available videos are listed in the menu item "Training Videos". The videos you unlocked will be made available there for the duration of your package.
How long are the videos available?
With the All Inclusive Package all videos are available for 1 year. For individual packages, the corresponding videos are available to you for four months.
Where can I see how long my purchased video package is still available?
Under each purchased video is how long this video is still available to you.
Is it possible to buy single videos?
No. Due to the thematic context of individual videos, this function is not available.
Can I watch the videos offline?
No. You can only view your purchased videos on the TBW portal.
My purchased videos will not be unlocked. What can I do?
Write an email with your request to info@timoboll-webcoach.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Live Skype session
How does a live Skype session work?
You must be online on Skype by the agreed time. Your coach will call you.
How do I get an appointment for my live Skype session?
After purchasing the Skype session you will receive a confirmation email. Your coach will then contact you by e-mail and give you a choice of dates.
How do I create a Skype account?
Download Skype to your PC, smartphone or tablet and create an account. You can find more information under the following link:

Video analysis
How can I upload a video for analysis?
After purchasing a video analysis, you can access the "Upload video" function in the "Video analysis" menu item. Here you can upload your video to the portal. You can manage your uploaded videos under "My Videos".
When can I expect the result of the video analysis?
Depending on the workload of our coaches, the evaluation may take some time. Therefore we can unfortunately not give an exact duration.
How is my video evaluated?
Your chosen coach will send you an evaluation of your video by email.
